  • How do I inquire about a product(s)?

  • How do I set up and account with Reliepharma?

    Please contact our customer care team and have a current Drug Establishment License ready. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

  • What if I need to return a product?

    Returns are assessed on an individual basis and are not guaranteed. Some products such as injectables are not returnable. Please contact our customer care team for support. info@reliepharma.com

  • What if I receive a damaged item?

    Damages do occur but are rare. Should you find your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team with your concern. Our team is here to help with any issues, big or small and all efforts will be made to rectify any damages.

  •  What are the financial options available to me?

    We offer financial options for all types of pharmacies and wholesalers on a budget or just starting up. There is not minimum or maximum amount of business volume required. Our aim is to facilitate you in the easiest and most stress-free fashion. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure your individual needs are met.   • What is the protocol for recalled medication?

    Reliepharma subscribes to the Recalls and Safety Alerts Database through Health Canada. This provides easy access to a comprehensive list of recalls, advisories and safety alerts so we can inform our customers immediately. Should there be a recall on a medication you have received from us, we will contact you.

  • What happens if my patient has an allergic reaction?

    Allergic reactions and side effects can happen. Although the risk is low, we take any and every reaction seriously. We strongly recommend that you contact our customer care team immediately should such an event occur. Manufacturers will be contacted for all adverse events.

  • Where are medications stored? (Warehouses regulations and protocols)

    When it comes to any process that must be maintained in our facility, the risk of human error cannot be underestimated. Temperature is specific, manufacturer-determined and is maintained digitally. Reliepharma fully complies with all health Canada guidelines.   • How does Reliepharma maintain a Drug Establishment license?

    Drugs made in Canada or abroad must meet high safety and quality standards before they can be sold. The Government of Canada (GC) licenses and regularly inspects companies and warehouses that package, distribute and wholesale drugs. Reliepharma complies with all Health Canada guidelines which maintains our License for Pharmaceutical Wholesale.   • Can I request validated boxes and/or data loggers?

    Reliepharma can supply pre-conditioned and validated packaging at your request. We offer data loggers to monitor pressure, humidity and temperature to ensure integrity of your medication(s). All requests can be made through contacting our customer care team. info@reliepharma.com
